Pricing & insurance FAQs
How much does counseling cost without insurance?
Individual sessions are $110 and couples or family sessions are $120 at the self-pay rate.
Which insurance plans do you accept?
For individual therapy we accept United Healthcare, Florida Blue (BCBS), Cigna, Aetna, Optum, Oxford and Oscar.
Why isn't couples or family counseling covered?
Insurance plans generally cover treatment for an individual's diagnosed condition, so relationship-focused couples and family sessions are self-pay with us at $120 per session.
Does insurance cover telehealth counseling?
Most plans we accept cover outpatient mental health by telehealth the same way as in-office visits, but benefits vary. Check with your plan or ask us to help confirm.
Can teens and children use insurance?
Yes. Individual sessions for a child or teen can be billed to a parent's plan if it's one we accept, or paid at the $110 self-pay rate.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, if you don't have insurance or choose not to use it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care. Ask us for one before your first session. If you are billed for more than $400 above your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
