You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or wanting support, clarity, or change, therapy can help. It’s simply a space to talk openly, gain insight, and move forward at your own pace.

We will get to know one another in the first session, gather information, and create goals for therapy.
The average therapy is 8 sessions; however, depending on your needs and goals, we may need more sessions.
We offer in-person and online therapy.
Depending on your needs, we could meet weekly or bi-weekly.
We accept some insurances. Self-pay rates are $130 and family/couples are $150 a session.
We offer appointments M-Th, 9:00-6:00.
