Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to turn—but know something needs to change? Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and taking the first step takes courage. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, substance use, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns, build insight, and move toward meaningful change.

I have worked in the social work field since 2005 and have been providing counseling services since 2019. I bring years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families facing substance use issues, mental health conditions, relationship struggles, and family conflict. I believe healing happens through connection, self-awareness, and learning practical tools that can be used in everyday life.

I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Therapy is not about “fixing” you—it is about helping you reconnect with your strengths, clarify what matters most, and move forward in a way that aligns with your values.

Our Mission & Vision

At the core of my practice is a commitment to helping individuals navigate autism, anxiety, ADHD, and life transitions with compassion and understanding. My goal is to create a supportive and empowering environment where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped with the tools to thrive. Through a personalized, evidence-based approach, I aim to foster meaningful growth and positive change in every individual I work with.

Our History

With nearly a decade of experience, I have worked extensively with individuals on the autism spectrum and those facing challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, and trauma. My passion for therapy stems from a deep desire to support neurodivergent individuals and their families, helping them navigate life’s complexities with resilience and self-awareness. Through continuous education and specialized training, I have built a practice that prioritizes inclusivity, growth, and well-being.

Core Values: Support, Acceptance, and Empowerment

I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. My practice is built on the values of support, acceptance, and empowerment, ensuring that each client receives personalized care that respects their unique experiences. By integrating diverse therapeutic techniques, I strive to help clients embrace their strengths, overcome challenges, and build confidence in their journey.

Our Leadership

I am Kelley Flynn, a dedicated therapist with certifications in clinical trauma, family trauma, and sand tray therapy. My approach combines Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and sand tray therapy to ensure a tailored experience for each client. My focus is on creating a warm, welcoming environment where individuals feel empowered to explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and cultivate lasting positive change.
